Three Weeks Life Skills Training

Three Week Life Skills Training

Today marks the end of our three-week Life Skills Training for both boys and girls at King Abaka Boxing Foundation. We would like to take this opportunity to appreciate everyone who made these training sessions possible. A big thank you to the communities of Korogocho, Dandora, Kariobangi and Lucky Summer for accepting our initiative and supporting our mission. Special appreciation goes to all parents for allowing their children to participate, and to the children for their commitment and discipline throughout the entire program.

A heartfelt thank you to Director Peter Idaki for providing us with a safe and supportive space for the training. We also appreciate Chef Mzaliwa for always taking care of the children and ensuring they had breakfast and lunch. Thank you for the delicious meals!

We extend our gratitude to our teacher Charline for the amazing sessions throughout the three weeks. We believe the children will apply these skills during the long holiday.

Another vote of thanks goes to Consultant Kanja for teaching the children about financial literacy. The session was excellent and we believe our young champions have already developed the interest in saving.

We are also grateful to Isaak Mejah for inspiring and encouraging the children with powerful words of wisdom about life.

Lastly, we appreciate our Goodwill Ambassadors for contributing to the success of this program. May the Almighty God expand your territories and may you continue to achieve all your goals and dreams in life.

We remain to be the centre of excellence for emerging young African boxing talent.
