30th Boxing Session

Our 30th session was dominated by revision of last week’s lessons and counter punching tutorials . We trained the kids on counter punching the straight jab and also counter punching the straight Right which are very crucial in general technique of boxing. We followed this up with a mentorship session and refreshments.
