3rd Session of The Year

Today we had a very interactive 3rd session of the year as we were blessed with like minded visitors from St John boxing club and Ruaraka boxing club. We commenced the session with warm up and then concentrated on strictly basic boxing skills which include basic punches, movement and defense then sparring. The mentorship session was equally interactive and we want to extend our appreciation to @Isaac Mejor for taking charge ,we also extend the same appreciation to @John Jonte gicharu , @fredrick Majunga and @Lorna kusa for making today a success and furthering our journey towards being the center of excellence for emerging African boxing talent. #BoxingForProsperity
