7th Boxing Session

We had a successful seventh session today in Korokocho. The focus was on school boxing which include hand wrapping ,utilizing the leading hand (jab),ring courtesy and discipline. We concluded with a mentorship program and refreshments for the kids. #BoxingForProsperity.

Third Boxing Session

Third session was successful it was all about combinations of punches and movements at the same time. New technique was learned today Diagonal Movements which help in upper body rotation that assist while applying Hooks.
