Routine Boxing Session

Our session today focused on physical training ,following punches technique in bag work and sparring. We observed the rapid uptake and development in the young ones who are getting ready for the junior championship to be held from the 14th -16th of this month. The mentorship session was extraordinary as we took time to congratulate our candidates who performed well in the just announced results . We urged them to continue being all round individuals who excel both in class and in co curricular activities . We continue to appreciate all of you who keep us going forward as we journey to being the center of excellence for emerging African boxing talent #BoxingForProsperity.
