Sgt. Nickson Abaka, HSC

Sgt. Nickson Abaka, HSC is an accomplished military professional and the founder and CEO of King Abaka Boxing Foundation. Started boxing at the age of 10 and he was Olympian in the year 2008 held in Beijing. Has been a Captain for the National Team for 10 years and Captain for Kenya Defense Forces for 10 years too. He has represented his country for two commonwealth games which were held in Glasgow in 2014 and in Gold coast in 2018 and he represented his country for the World Boxing Championship that was held in Kazakhstan. He is the first military boxer in Kenya to win a bronze medal in world military games that were held in Rio (Brazil). He was the first pioneer in the country to play APB (Aiba Professional Boxing). He retired in 2018 after winning a bronze medal in Algeria in Military games, currently he is a coach in KDF.
